"If ever there was paradise, it is here!  Villa Ocotal is superb.  We are all in bliss here.  One only complaint is that we have all gained weight.  I am also very concerned about our adjustment to the “real world” once we head home.  Gabby is simply marvelous.  Doris and Herman have been pampering us silly.  Carolina makes our days filled with ease and comfort.  The dogs too shower us with love.  The kids do not want to leave.  We think that this is the best Villa in Costa Rica."

"Just wanted to drop you a line about the wonderful time we all had at Villa Ocotal.  Whatever you pay your staff, it's not enough!!!  Gabriel, Doris, Herman, Carolina, and Iris are the most gracious hosts I've met in a long time.  Gabriel runs the villa like a Swiss watch.  He constantly asked what we needed and took care of it.  Herman kept the pool and grounds spotless.  Doris's cooking was very good.  The Costa Rican people are some of the most kind and beautiful people I have ever met...and the wildlife was simply astounding.

I can't wait to get back to Costa Rica.  Along with Italy, your Costa Rica villa is my favorite place to visit.

"Just a short note to thank you for a wonderful and perfect vacation.  You were not misleading about a single thing.  Not only is the villa everything that we ever wanted, the staff there deserves a standing ovation.  They worked so hard to provide us with everything from preparing our food, doing our laundry, and making sure we were aware of all the things to do in the area...The Spanish Dancer catamaran, The Congo Trail canopy tour, great deep sea fishing (the guys caught 6 Mahi Maha and one Sail), manicures, massages.  They even made sure that we had transportation.  They were really outstanding.  Costa Rica is certainly one of the most beautiful spots in the world.  No one needs to feel unsafe there, and we certainly did not.  The temperature was perfect everyday, and no chance for any storms.

We are sold and will see you in 2004."

"I'd go back any rainy season...the weather was gorgeous and the clouds help keep things cool and made for some incredible sunsets.  The zip-line tour out of Rincon was fabulous - we did manage to see one toucan and one giant spider.
